Author Guidelines

Publication terms
Only high-quality papers presenting the results of original theoretical and empirical research, thematic reviews, and case studies are accepted for publication. Papers must be up-to-date, novel, clearly state the focus (objectives) of the research, describe the approaches and research tools applied, results and conclusions, indicate the target audience, and meet relevant technical requirements.

Manuscripts are accepted round the year in Russian and in English, and are published on a “first-come, first-served basis”. All submitted papers are referred for peer review. The period of consideration, and making the publication decision depends on how full the editorial portfolio happens to be, the topic of the paper, and the workload of the editorial staff and the reviewers. The editorial board reserves the right to reject the manuscript if it does not meet the basic editorial requirements, or if the author violates publication ethics.

Authors are not charged for publication and don't pay article processing charges.
